1. Measurement method
Select a measurement method, such as SPR, to show records measured by that method.
Filter Records
Use filters to narrow database records by measurement method, kinetics data, affinity, RNA length, and RNA sequence motif.
2. Kinetics data
Select this option to show only records with association and dissociation rates.
3. Affinity range
Enter the minimum and maximum affinity values in nM.
4. RNA length range
Enter the minimum and maximum RNA sequence length.
5. RNA motif
Search for records whose RNA sequence contains a specific motif.
6. Regular expression search
Enable regular expressions for advanced RNA motif searches. For example, ^AUG returns RNA sequences that start with AUG.
